What Is The Alternative? Healing Motivation.

What Is The Alternative?  Healing Motivation.

Just hang on....

Just hang on....

Lately I’ve noticed much resistance towards a goal of mine.

No worries!  I know exactly what this is and how it can help me.

This is the filter.  Whenever I feel its power I know something real good is coming my way….. makes me jump for joy!

You see the filter purifies intents, so when you make it through the other side you know you intent is pure.  Otherwise you couldn’t make it through.  The function of the filter is to stop any debris polluting achievement which can feel a little uncomfortable.  Like you don’t know what you are doing.  Overwhelmed you might say.

This is a time where you can achieve a higher level of success because for anyone to achieve that goal they too must pass.  Few will which will make victory all the sweeter.

Blessings,

    Keri,

We don’t the world as it is, we see it as we are.

So controlling the “filters” are importants as we see the world thru’ our filters, good or bad.

Unfortunately, for many people that tug away from reaching a goal is one of many levels of self-sabotage.

Crystallizing exactly what the goal is and what we are willing to exchange for reaching it works for me.

Sometimes, what seems to be self-sabotage, has a positive purpose. If a goal is not truly in accordance with our values e.g. if our intent is not “pure”, we will generally prevent ourselves achieving that goal. This is why understanding your own conscious and unconscious values is so critical when goal setting – for the ecology check on You, Others, the World and the Universe (if you’re spiritually-minded).

  7. I love how you describe the intent of your filter and make into a good thing, helping you and purifying your thinking in the process. And what a great image you selected to illustrate your point providing a wonderful visual metaphor.

And what else is the alternative? Remaining stuck where we are and quitting? Never!

  9. That is the purpose of a filter, to purify and remove debris and impurities. What you are describing is also called the comfort zone.
