Any Good Bandlerisms?

Love to know if anyone else collects these. I killed my last computer so lost mine…some people collect jewelery, some collect dolls, but they take up too much space and then you have to dust.

In other news, this blog got its first spam today. Yay!

I collect books and . . . keychains. MY Aunt Judy would send them to me from her travels. Great little trinkets without much space.

  10. Hi Keri,

lol that you got your first spam! one of the real drags with bloggers who approve it (often inadvertent when the spam isn’t super obvious as spam) is that clicking on the link to vet the poster it veryself gives your computer a virus. argh. like practicing safety in dating and intimacy where I say to Play Safe, indeed, blog safely!)

And to answer you NLP question, I do not have any.

I don’t really collect anything but I sure have been given alot of sewing related objects through the years and I hate dusting. I have friends that collect all kinds of things so gift giving is easier.

    Don’t know if I collect them or not, but I probably don’t b/c I haven’t a clue what a bandlerism is.

LOL some people would agree with you there.

  15. Keri Eagan says:

Bandlerism = quoted langauge pattern from the man himself. Examples:

“People always tell me with absolute certainty that they don’t trust themselves”
“Physics changes, but reality stays the same”
    “Disappointment requires adequate planning”

  16. Keri Eagan says:

Oh God no! I like his quotes but his books do my head in. Definately not advisable as an introduction to NLP.

  17. Jonathan says:

    Keri,

Try following @BandlerQuotes on Twitter. Every so often you get a one liner…

such as: My mantra for silencing inner dialogue is simple: ’shut the f*** up, shut the *u** up, shut the ***k up’.” – Bandler.

    Have fun,

    Jonathan.
